This position requires U.S. citizenship due to access to nuclear facilities and information governed by U.S. federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in an industrial and/or commercial construction warehouse would be an asset.
  • Knowledge with all functions of shipping and receiving would be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with general warehouse operations and related equipment.
  • Knowledge of tools and tool repair.
  • Knowledge of safety equipment and its function.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Service-oriented and the ability to work within a team environment is mandatory.
  • Strong Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products.
  • Forklift operator.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • U.S. citizens to meet eligibility and security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the complete cycle of issuing goods, including maintaining the entry of goods to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Responsible for the return of goods process, ensuring proper and accurate entry of returned goods to maintain inventory levels and customer credits.
  • Participate in daily cycle counts, which may include parts and/or materials investigation and analysis.
  • Assist customers with parts and/or material requests.
  • Maintain the highest standard of safety, including participating in required safety-related training and courses.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in all warehouse areas, including tool cribs, vehicles, and surrounding work areas.
  • Ensure all stock placements and stock issues are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure the quantity, quality, reliability, and operational effectiveness of the tool cribs are maintained.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve warehouse effectiveness and efficiency and participate in related projects.
  • Provide reports and recommendations as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
