About The Position

This is a part-time day shift position, working 0-24 hours per week, located at Fishers Hospital and supporting the Volunteer Services department. The role assists in planning, directing, and coordinating the Volunteer Services program, providing administrative support to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. The coordinator will also assist in training volunteers on new policies and procedures, maintain records of volunteers and hours, provide daily guidance to volunteers, and manage a feedback process to improve work processes and employee understanding.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with volunteers preferred.
