About The Position
At Hapag-Lloyd, we will support the further development of your skills in our culturally diverse, stimulating environment as you help us grow our customer base. As the Coordinator of Quality Assurance Sales, you will drive customer performance, quality and satisfaction. In close alignment with sales execution and the customer service team you will develop true customer understanding and deliver solutions that meet and exceed our customer expectations. You will provide assistance to the outside sales force by directing peripheral sales activities to the appropriate person and quote rates to current and potential customers in accordance with company guidelines.
