About The Position

We’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to help ensure our deals are accurate, complete, and ready to execute. This role sits at the center of the sales process, supporting the team by coordinating internal inputs, validating quotes, and preparing clean orders for Operations. This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role that works across Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to bring structure and consistency to how deals move through the business. It’s a strong fit for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across teams to get things done the right way. This is an in-office role based in Columbus, OH, working closely with the sales team and internal departments. Requirements

  • 2-4 years relevant work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Comfort working across teams and coordinating information
  • Clear and direct communication skills
  • Ability to organize and document information consistently
  • Comfort working in systems (CRM and ERP experience preferred)
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales support, coordination, or operations is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review quotes for accuracy, completeness, and margin integrity
  • Ensure all deal components are clearly defined and documented, resolving gaps with internal teams
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and internal teams
  • Coordinate inputs on availability, lead times, pricing, and feasibility to finalize deals
  • Secure signed quotes, purchase agreements, and order confirmations
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and submit clean, accurate orders and change orders to Operations
  • Monitor deals in CRM and help keep opportunities moving forward
  • Support trade-ins, product and pricing questions, and basic layouts as needed
  • Assist with other sales team initiatives
