About The Position
The Coordinator RN Women's Health Clinic coordinates women’s health services by combining clinical and clerical support. The role supports physicians and advanced practice providers, contributes to community outreach and education, helps with day-to-day operations, and schedules and facilitates events for the mobile women’s health clinic. It also involves operating vehicles to transport materials and equipment to various locations.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing.
- BLS certification.
- Active unrestricted Class D U.S. Driver’s License.
- Current Alabama RN license, or a current Multi State RN License in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, education, public health, health sciences, or healthcare administration.
- Working knowledge of women’s health, obstetrics, gynecology, maternal health, reproductive health, mobile healthcare, community health, or patient education.
- Working knowledge of community engagement, partnerships, group education, or community events.
- Working knowledge of education principles with experience teaching or facilitation.
