About The Position

This is an Internal Employment Opportunity. The College of Agricultural Sciences is seeking a Coordinator of Student Engagement and Success. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position. The College of Agricultural Sciences (CAS) is OSU's founding college. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, natural resources, education, student services or a related field.
Two years professional experience working in student services.
Excellent written and oral communication skills implemented in person, via telephone, email, and in virtual spaces (Zoom, social media, Discussion Boards).
Demonstrated competency with MS Office Suite, and Cloud-based applications (i.e., Google drive, box, etc.).
Must demonstrate independence and ability to take initiative in organizing programs, preparing materials, and communicating with key contacts and stakeholders.
Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities and effectively present findings to internal and external audiences.
Experience working with college students individually and in group settings.
Experience delivering and/or supporting educational programs for audiences from diverse backgrounds and various cultural identities.
Comfortable learning and adapting educational materials.
This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per University Standard: 05-010 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in youth programs may have additional criminal history checks every 24 months.
This position requires driving a university vehicle or a personal vehicle on behalf of the university; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in their state of residence, be determined to be position qualified and self-report convictions as per University Policy 05-030.
