About The Position

Nevada State University’s School of Education seeks a Coordinator of Northern Nevada Programs to supervise pre-service teacher candidates completing field placements throughout Northern Nevada, advise students in the university’s 2+2 transfer pathways, and recruit prospective students from partner community colleges and high schools. The coordinator is the primary point of contact between Northern Nevada students, Cooperating Teachers, school-site partners, and the main campus, and helps build and sustain regional partnerships with Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), Western Nevada College (WNC), and local K-12 school districts.
