About The Position

Coordinates life safety systems testing, inspections, scheduling, repairs, and recordkeeping for multiple hospitals and medical office buildings. The role includes reconciling life safety systems devices, equipment, and appliances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience, or high school diploma and 5 years of experience.
• Ability to work independently without immediate supervision.
• Familiarity with NFPA 101, the Life Safety Code, and NFPA Codes 25, 72, 13, 96, and 2001.

Nice To Haves

• Fire Inspector I.
• ASP/CSP certification or working toward one.
• NICET Level I or II.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate life safety systems testing and inspections.

• Coordinate repairs to life safety systems.
• Maintain records for life safety systems.
