Requirements

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a learning & development, training, HR, or related corporate environment.
  • Experience coordinating programs or events, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Hands-on experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Adult Learning, or a related field is preferred.
  • Dayforce Learning or similar LMS experience is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Familiarity with onboarding, compliance training, or enterprise learning programs.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and tracking tools to support program delivery and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute learning programs end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and participant communications, while partnering with the Learning & Development Specialist to support enterprise learning initiatives through tracking, coordination, and implementation.
  • Maintain and manage the LMS, including course setup, registrations, completions, reporting, and supporting users with system navigation.
  • Coordinate learning components of onboarding and track completion of mandatory and compliance training across the organization.
  • Support evaluation processes, maintain learning data and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve processes and program delivery.
  • Prepare and distribute learning communications and ensure participants and facilitators have a positive, well-supported experience.
  • Assist with coordinating external training providers, including scheduling, documentation, and related administrative activities.
