About The Position

This role is an important part of the manufacturing process, assisting our teams by creating training programs and materials, training the trainers, tracking progress and supporting manufacturing training needs.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of current training methodology and practices
  • Experience developing and implementing technical training programs
  • The ability to work across all employee levels to meet strategic goals
  • Enthusiasm for lifetime learning

Nice To Haves

  • Print/Bind/Fulfillment experience is a plus
  • Experience with TWI (Training Within Industry) is a plus
  • Dual English/Spanish language abilities a plus

Responsibilities

  • With the assistance of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) create the JIBs (Job Instruction Breakdowns), PDs (Program Development) and Visual Job Instructions as needed to support our SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) throughout our manufacturing processes
  • Create and provide training tools for our hourly employees and trainers
  • Work with teams to create processes to track, evaluate and document employee training
  • Work with management and employees to identify strategic training needs and develop plans to meet those needs
