About The Position

Under the general direction of the Assistant Superintendent and the Division Director, the Coordinator IV provides instructional leadership and supervises multiple school locations. The role also includes conducting teacher evaluations, overseeing assigned special programs, planning and conducting staff meetings, and fully participating in the leadership team and extracurricular activities of County Operated Schools and Programs.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Possess a valid California Teaching/Services Credential.
• Possess or be eligible for an Administrative Services Credential.
• Have experience working for a school district or county office of education.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership across multiple school locations.
• Supervise multiple school locations.
• Conduct teacher evaluations.
• Oversee special programs as assigned.
• Plan and conduct staff meetings.
• Participate fully in the leadership team and extracurricular activities of County Operated Schools and Programs.
