Corps-to-Career Liaison, (TEMPORARY) Greater Valley Conservation Corps, County Operated Schools and Programs
About The Position
Under the direction of Greater Valley Conservation Corps Administration, the Corps-to-Career Liaison provides education and corps-to-career employment services to Greater Valley Conservation Corps corpsmembers, incarcerated youth, and corpsmembers transitioning to careers or post-secondary education and training. The role includes supporting recruitment and eligibility, onboarding, employee mediation, incident reporting, case management, assessments, tutoring, workshops, event planning and facilitation, curriculum development, work-readiness training, guidance, job placement assistance, follow-up, and record-keeping. Additional duties include work related to the CCC Certification manual, social media, and marketing. Recommendation letters must be signed by their authors.
Requirements
- Completion of the twelfth grade.
- At least one year of general business training or one year of experience working in a career development, education, or training field.
