About The Position

The Coordinator, Influencer & Cultural Strategy - Golf supports the day-to-day execution of TGL and WTGL creator programs, working closely with the Senior Director to implement the broader strategy. The Coordinator serves as a consistent point of contact for the creator community, helping maintain relationships, coordinate logistics and content opportunities, deliver hospitality, and support creators and internal teams throughout the season. The role also tracks creator activity and content, supports amplification with the Social team, and surfaces insights and opportunities to strengthen the program.

The position supports creator communications, event invitations and guest journeys, creator research, databases and reporting, match-day and hosted-event hospitality, creator activations, and special projects. Success involves increasing creator participation and engagement, growing and diversifying the network, building ongoing relationships, delivering well-executed experiences, and maintaining accurate tracking and follow-through.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, talent relations, sports, entertainment, experiential marketing, social media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the creator and social media landscape, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, emerging platforms, and trends.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple timelines, relationships, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with creators, talent, internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Relationship-oriented and personable, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across a wide range of personalities and stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable navigating changing priorities with limited direction.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Sports Management, Entertainment, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience is considered.
• Experience supporting creator, talent, sports, entertainment, or culturally relevant programs and events.
• Experience in a fast-paced, live-event environment.
• Experience with creator management, social analytics, CRM, project-management, or reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing creator communications and relationship touchpoints across TGL and WTGL.
• Assist with match invitations, RSVPs, ticket allocation, gifting, travel details, and day-to-day creator communications.
• Research and identify creators aligned with priority audiences, cultural opportunities, and league moments.
• Maintain creator databases, participation history, relationship notes, and content-performance records.
• Provide hands-on creator and VIP hospitality support at TGL and WTGL matches and hosted moments.
• Support the guest journey from pre-event communication through arrival, seating, experiences, content opportunities, and follow-up.
• Connect creators and the Social team to align posting plans and amplification.
• Track creator content and work with Social to identify reposting, engagement, and amplification opportunities.
• Surface creator trends, ideas, and opportunities that could become larger cultural or social moments.
• Maintain calendars, trackers, timelines, creator lists, hospitality plans, and reporting.
• Maintain creator-facing materials.
• Support execution of creator activations, experiences, and special projects.
