Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly Dayforce, is a significant asset. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating a complex and dynamic organization, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders, and adapting quickly as priorities shift. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively coordinate across a broad range of teams and partners. The Business Partner Coordinator serves as the central conduit for key Human Resource Business Partnering activities, including HR reporting and analytics, HRIS data maintenance, file and document management, Leader Hub administration, permanent accommodation coordination, and rehire checks. This role acts as the first point of contact for tactical and administrative work within the Business Partnering team and requires strong technical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
