About The Position

As of November 1, 2025, Sunoco LP has successfully completed its acquisition of Parkland Corporation. Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. The Partnership’s midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership’s fuel distribution operations, which distribute over 15 billion gallons annually to approximately 11,000 Sunoco and partner-branded retail locations, as well as independent dealers and commercial customers. The Branch Representative supports day to day branch customer facing operations, lubricant & wet stock inventory, inside sales and completing branch administrative tasks. This role is a 12 month term.

Requirements

  • Computer proficiency.
  • Mechanical aptitude and or work experience focused in Petroleum and Propane preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Work well in a team environment and customer facing abilities.
  • Willing to work in a diversified role and being flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Some weekend hours may be required.
  • Clean drivers abstract.
  • Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision at times.
  • Good understanding of safe work practices and HSE requirements.
  • WHIMIS & TDG knowledge and or experience preferred.
  • Humble. Hungry. Smart.
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the country in which they applied.
  • Final candidates will be required to undergo a confidential pre-employment background check, including but not limited to educational, criminal, credit, drug and alcohol, and/or fitness for duty testing.

Responsibilities

  • Support office team with customer facing responsibilities. ie. I/B & O/B call handling, front counter customer service, order taking and account payments.
  • Inside sales follow-up, account maintenance and project support.
  • Support Lubricant warehouse inventory management, maintenance, and sales.
  • Month End/Year End Inventory, Preparation and Reporting.
  • All facilities HSE and compliance inspections, maintenance/action items, and reporting.
