Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field (Title or Professional License).

Responsibilities

  • Administer, Evaluate, and Approve requests for modifications to the structure and movement of collaborators (hires, changes, and leveling) to validate, analyze, and authorize structural/personnel movements that are appropriate based on area policies.
  • Advise, Review, and Approve job descriptions for different levels of the organization to formalize any increase and/or change in the functions and responsibilities of the position, to subsequently value the position, manage the authorization of the level, and assign it to the position for correct salary administration.
  • Advise, Validate, and Manage in conjunction with the requesting area, proposals for structural modifications to comply with all requirements and standards for their elaboration.
  • Analyze, Prepare, and Send economic proposals for job changes, hires, transfers, and demotions, considering the compensation policy, salary scales, and internal equity as a basis.
  • Analyze, Propose, and Request Information Technology developments for the different technological tools of the Organization and Compensation area to improve the efficiency and ease of use of the tools used by the area.
  • Analyze, Evaluate, and Participate in surveys provided by Ateco, Mercer, KFHG, Match People, Aon to prepare the necessary information for internal-external competitiveness analysis for unionized and non-unionized employees by site.
  • Ensure and Guarantee compliance with AC Mexico's Organization and Compensation Policies for the correct execution of the administration of structure and salaries.
