Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Psychology, Administration, Human Capital, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating global or regional projects in culture, internal communication, employee experience, employer branding, or talent management.
  • Advanced English indispensable: professional conversation, reading, and writing for designing, presenting, and collaborating on global strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation tools, executive presentations, dashboards, information analysis, and survey management.
  • Dynamic, innovative, analytical, and results-oriented profile, with a high capacity for project management, transversal collaboration, and follow-through.

  • Knowledge of talent trends, employee experience, engagement, people analytics, journey design, digital communication, and employee value proposition.
  • Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics, digital design/editing tools, and agile methodologies for transversal and multicultural initiatives.
  • High curiosity, creative thinking, prioritization skills, and the ability to translate data, trends, and best practices into simple, attractive, and measurable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate initiatives for culture, employer branding, respect, equity, and inclusion, ensuring consistent messaging and experiences aligned with global strategy.
  • Coordinate the implementation of programs and initiatives that promote culture, purpose, and cultural principles, monitoring the adoption of the cultural strategy in different countries.
  • Map, evaluate, and improve the Employee Journey at key moments such as recruitment, onboarding, cross-boarding, development, recognition, mobility, and exit, identifying innovation opportunities.
  • Design and manage digital content for internal and external campaigns, integrating storytelling, creativity, talent trends, and innovative formats.
  • Coordinate global internal communication, employer branding, well-being, recognition, respect, equity, and inclusion campaigns, driving participation, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
  • Administer organizational climate surveys, ad-hoc surveys, and pulse surveys, monitoring results, findings, and improvement actions with a focus on employee experience.
  • Accompany onboarding, cross-boarding, and off-boarding processes, identifying opportunities to improve integration, transition, and the employee experience.
  • Propose improvements based on data, trends, and best practices, collaborating with local and global teams to translate insights into measurable, results-oriented actions.
