The mission of the position is to coordinate and execute the Investor Relations strategy, ensuring timely, consistent, and transparent financial communication with investors, analysts, and the market. The role consolidates strategic information, leads the preparation of key materials, and strengthens the confidence of the investor community, contributing to access to capital markets and the creation of value for shareholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Public Accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced oral and written English.
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of regulations applicable to public issuers and disclosure obligations before the BMV and CNBV.
  • Experience interacting with institutional investors, financial analysts, and Senior Management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the quarterly results process, including the collection, consolidation, analysis, and validation of financial and operational information from different operations and countries.
  • Ensure the preparation and communication of consistent, timely, and high-quality financial messages for investors, analysts, and other market participants.
  • Coordinate the timely disclosure of relevant information and documents to the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) and the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Integrate financial and operational information for the preparation of key messages from the General Management and Senior Management, including earnings calls, investor meetings, and strategic events.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, press releases, and materials for investors, analysts, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a close relationship with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other market participants, responding to inquiries and information requests.
  • Coordinate and manage special and multidisciplinary projects, promoting effective collaboration among different areas of the organization.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Planning, Operations, Corporate Communications, Sustainability, and Public Affairs to ensure the consistency and quality of information communicated to the market.
  • Monitor industry trends, market movements, and investor perception, identifying risks and opportunities.
