Requirements

  • Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Enterprise Architecture, or related degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data architecture, modeling, integration, governance, cloud platforms, advanced SQL, and design of productive data solutions.
  • Solid knowledge in Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Data Lake, Snowflake, medallion architectures, APIs/microservices, CI/CD, and DataOps.IA practices.
  • Experience defining standards for DEV, QA, STG, and PRD environments, deployment controls, data quality, security, observability, and support for critical operations.
  • Technical leadership, executive communication, strategic thinking, negotiation skills with multidisciplinary teams, and focus on business continuity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mass consumption, retail, e-commerce, digital platforms, regional integration, medallion architectures, microservices, read models, or commercial analytics.
  • Technical English and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary or regional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define the end-to-end data architecture for digital products, integrating enterprise sources, cloud platforms, data layers, consumption models, and information governance.
  • Design conceptual, logical, and physical models, data contracts, master entities, quality rules, and integration patterns for transactional and analytical solutions.
  • Establish guidelines for performance, security, traceability, lineage, availability, observability, and operational continuity for pipelines, databases, and analytical platforms.
  • Support modernization initiatives and decoupling of legacy systems, reducing technical debt and enabling scalable solutions for Mexico and Latin America.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Development, Product, Security, Infrastructure, and regional teams to translate business challenges into sustainable architectures.
