Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience working with agile teams.
  • Advanced English (C1 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in international environments and initiatives.
  • Solid communication, collaborative leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, and ensure value delivery.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Agile / Scrum (Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile Coaching).
  • Experience in complex technological environments and cloud architectures.
  • Experience coordinating engineering teams or digital initiatives.
  • Experience in consumer products, preferably in the bottling and supply chain industry.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of digital initiatives among multiple agile teams, ensuring alignment in priorities, backlog, dependencies, and synchronization of work cycles.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between product teams, technology, and business stakeholders, acting as a bridge between functional and technical aspects.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate impediments, risks, and interdependencies, ensuring their timely resolution to maintain operational continuity of development.
  • Ensure software quality and service reliability by monitoring metrics, standards, and best practices throughout the development cycle.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise releases and deployments in different environments, managing technical risks and ensuring deliveries aligned with business objectives.
