About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, the Cook is a Back of House Team Member on the HotLine, responsible for grill cooking and food preparation. The role includes learning to handcraft Freddy’s Steakburgers and helping ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. The position is part of a team focused on freshly prepared, made-to-order food, exceptional hospitality, and a fun guest experience. It owns and operates more than 80 restaurants in 11 states, including Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older (18 or older in California).
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
- Availability for 4-hour or 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Grill cook and prepare food on the HotLine.
- Handcraft Freddy’s Steakburgers.
- Help ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver food with a smile and contribute to exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Work dependably and collaboratively as part of a team.
