Cook Full-time/Part-time
About The Position
Anchor Lodge is seeking cooks for morning shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and afternoon/evening shifts from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Cook is responsible for safely handling and preparing appetizing, palatable food; following written menus and recipes, including menu extensions; understanding therapeutic diets and serving them according to physician orders; avoiding food waste; and serving food according to meal schedules. Anchor Lodge is part of Sprenger Health Care, a third-generation developer, owner, and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. The company provides long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
