About The Position
Anchor Lodge is seeking cooks for morning shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and afternoon/evening shifts from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Cook is responsible for safely handling and preparing appetizing, palatable food. The role follows written menus and recipes, understands and follows menu extensions, understands therapeutic diets and serves them according to physician orders, avoids food waste, and serves food according to meal schedules. Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
