About The Position

The Cook prepares high-quality food according to standard recipes and special diet orders. The role works with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply needs, including obtaining items in time for food preparation, storing leftovers correctly, and maintaining inventories. The position is full-time with varied shifts.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other restaurant team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills.
