About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Cooks for the Barrel Yard team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Cooks work in a fast-paced kitchen and help deliver dining experiences for guests.

Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining services at American Family Field, including concession outlets, suites, all-inclusive areas, clubs, and J. Leinenkugel's Barrel Yard Brewery, Bar, and Restaurant. The culinary team partners with local vendors to incorporate Milwaukee staples into its food and beverage offerings.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of back-of-house experience.
• Attentive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and directions and work as a team player.
• Basic math skills, including calculating and following recipe measurements and proportions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor assignments for opening and closing procedures and food production.
• Prepare food and beverage products according to recipes, preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and operate kitchen equipment.
• Clean equipment according to the correct procedures.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and management.
