About The Position
Kalapawai Café & Deli is hiring cooks for all stations. This is a fast-paced and high-energy position with a base pay of $18-20/hr plus tips, which are generally $5-$6/hr and added to your paycheck, resulting in a total pay of approximately $24+/hr.
Requirements
- Line cooking 2yrs
- Knife skills
- Memory
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment is highly recommended
- Positive attitude & hard working
- Available to work evenings, mornings, weekends and holidays
- Punctuality
- Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Line cooking
- Perform in high tempo & fast paced kitchen
- Follow Chef's recipes & preferred techniques
