We are looking for line cooks / sandwich makers for our breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. This role requires excellent customer service skills as it is an open kitchen where customers will ask questions. The ideal candidate will have prompt attendance, be available to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays, and be clean, well-organized, and able to move efficiently between stations. While basic knife skills are recommended, training is available. Responsibilities include daily kitchen prep for all services, general cleaning, dishwashing, facilities maintenance, hood and fryer cleaning, and stainless polishing. Other duties may be assigned. The role requires adherence to chef's recipes and company policies, with a strong emphasis on food safety and sanitation. A valid TB test and proof of Hep A vaccination are required to the extent permitted by law. This is a fast-paced environment.
