About The Position
We are hiring a Breakfast Attendant to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Requirements
- Ability to speak politely and assist customers.
- Adherence to grooming and uniform standards.
- Ability to respond to guest inquiries and requests.
- Knowledge of safety procedures for food preparation tools and appliances.
- Ability to clean and maintain the breakfast area and lobby.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe facility and accident-free practices.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers politely and assist them.
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Follow safety procedures while using food preparation tools and appliances.
- Remove and re-line trash cans, and clean chairs, tables, beverage area, and the breakfast and condiment station.
- Sweep, vacuum, or mop floors in the breakfast area and lobby.
- Maintain a safe facility and use safety-first practices to remain accident-free.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
