About The Position

The Cook at Bellagio’s Room Service prepares dishes for guest orders, using culinary talent, creativity, and attention to detail to enhance the in-room dining experience. The role supports service ranging from late-night orders to in-room celebrations and contributes to Bellagio’s hospitality and guest experience.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Work varied on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook.
• Formal culinary training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of food products and apply culinary techniques.
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment.
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items needed for service.
• Label and date products to support safekeeping and sanitation.
• Maintain menu knowledge and attention to detail in plate presentation.
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff with service execution.
• Maintain knowledge, understanding, and preparation of base sauces, stocks, and soups.
• Work as part of a team and assist with guest needs and inquiries.
