About The Position
Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, are seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality food for breakfast, lunch, and banquet events in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. The primary focus is executing breakfast service, preparing lunch items, and supporting high-volume food production while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation. The role includes setting up and serving one à la carte station per shift, with a focus on breakfast and AM service. Local candidates with strong breakfast line experience and an understanding of the pace and demands of the Jackson Hole hospitality industry are especially encouraged to apply. The Cook will help create memorable food experiences for guests and work collaboratively with the culinary team while also taking initiative and working independently.
Requirements
- Strong breakfast cooking and line execution skills.
- Experience preparing lunch items and working multiple stations.
- Ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Strong preparation, organization, and time management skills.
- Dependable and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work the breakfast and AM shift.

- Banquet, catering, or high-volume food production experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast items, lunch dishes, appetizers, salads, banquet items, and other menu offerings.
- Set up and serve one à la carte station per shift, with a focus on breakfast and AM service.
- Assist with banquet preparation, catering, and high-volume food production.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation during busy service periods.
- Maintain an organized workstation and demonstrate strong preparation, time management, and food handling skills.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team while also working independently and taking initiative.
