About The Position

The Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations. This role ensures consistency, efficiency, and cleanliness in all kitchen operations at our off-site restaurant. Requirements

  • Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen operations
  • Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment
  • Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
