The Server is responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience through attentive, efficient, and personalized service at our off-site restaurant. This role is accountable for guest satisfaction, accuracy of orders, and adherence to service standards.

Requirements

  • Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in upscale or high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards preferred
  • Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and check presentation
  • Demonstrate complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
  • Accurately enter orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
  • Maintain assigned section, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Follow all alcohol service guidelines and verify identification as required
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure service flow
  • Participating in side work, opening, and closing duties
  • Uphold company service standards, policies, and safety procedures
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
