About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Food Service Supervisor/Executive Chef, the Cook prepares food and directs and coordinates culinary activities in the kitchen and cafeteria.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or one year of Cook experience in lieu of a diploma.
- On-the-job training.
- One year of prior cooking experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP.
Nice To Haves
- Serve Safe certification.
