About The Position

The Cook is a Team Member at Capstone Restaurant Group, an independently owned and operated Hardee’s franchise. The role performs assigned restaurant tasks and duties, prepares quality food products according to standards, and helps maintain a clean, pleasant, and safe environment. Team Members are expected to provide guests with a positive hospitality experience and demonstrate dependability, reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude toward guests and fellow team members. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop skills and pursue advancement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 14 years old.
