About The Position

The Biscuit Maker prepares fresh, hot, quality biscuits according to company recipes, procedures, and standards, while following safe food-handling procedures, restaurant safety policies, and health regulations. The role also assists other food-production personnel as needed. Team Members provide hospitality to guests and prepare quality food products in a clean, pleasant, and safe environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without overproducing.
• Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment, and floors.
• Assist other food-production personnel as needed.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Meet company appearance standards and display professionalism.
• Follow HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
