About The Position

The Biscuit Maker prepares fresh, hot, quality biscuits according to company recipes, procedures, and standards, while strictly following safe food-handling procedures, restaurant safety policies, and health regulations. The role also assists other food production personnel as needed. Team Members are expected to provide hospitality, work with integrity, and contribute to a clean, pleasant, and safe environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without overproducing.
• Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment, and floors.
• Assist other food production personnel as needed.
• Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Meet company appearance standards and display professionalism.
• Follow human resources, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
