About The Position

The Cook prepares foods necessary for service to the demonstrated culinary standard and performs other duties or special projects as assigned to ensure quality food and beverage service for guests. The role represents the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. The Cook must be able to work flexible days and shifts, have a strong service-oriented attitude, and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures while exemplifying the image of “Aloha.”
• Prepare all foods necessary for service to the demonstrated culinary standard.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to ensure quality food and beverage service for guests.
