About The Position

The Cook PM/Breakfast Attendant prepares and maintains the breakfast buffet, keeps the breakfast area clean and welcoming, and provides friendly, proactive service to guests. The role includes answering questions about menu items and dietary needs, replenishing food and beverages, and helping ensure guests have a positive breakfast experience. Responsibilities

Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet, ensuring food is fresh, plentiful, and attractively presented.
Clear and clean used dishes, utensils, and trays promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and inviting breakfast area and keep serving stations clean throughout service.
Respond to guest questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, and other breakfast-related needs.
Replenish buffet items as needed.
Refill coffee pots, juice dispensers, and other beverage containers to minimize guest wait times.
Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere through friendly engagement and proactive guest assistance.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
