About The Position

As a Cook Helper at Din Tai Fung at Aria, you will use your knowledge of food products to support a fast-paced kitchen and help deliver quality dishes. With a welcoming attitude and a passion for hospitality, you will help create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of food products and basic kitchen practices.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Six or more months of relevant culinary or kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure requisitions are processed properly and placed in the designated area.
• Maintain solid knowledge of food products.
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment.
• Regularly run for food and restock kitchen supplies and food items needed for service.
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
• Assist the pantry worker, cook, master cook, and chef as needed during service.
• Work as a team and assist guests and employees with their needs and inquiries.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
