About The Position

BRAGA BROTHERS CONTRACTING COO / INTEGRATOR Are you a high-energy, values-driven leader who cares deeply about serving both the customer and the team? Do you love working with ambitious people, raising the standard, and helping others grow into what they’re capable of becoming? Are you committed to excellence, five-star communication, and doing the right thing even when the pace is fast and the pressure is high? Are you the kind of leader who takes the initiative, challenges respectfully, and doesn’t have to wait to be told? If you anticipate what needs to happen next, make decisions, build trust, and drive results, we want to talk to you! As our ideal Integrator, you: Lead by example, take full responsibility for outcomes, and never settle for “good enough.” Excuses don’t fly here, and you hold yourself to that standard first. Think like an owner. You take initiative, care deeply about the outcome, and treat the business like your name is on the door. Know how to lead a young, ambitious team that is still growing into its potential. You can coach people without talking down to them, raise the standard without crushing the culture, and bring maturity without making the company feel corporate. Build leaders, not followers. You invest in people, ask the right questions, help them solve problems, and create accountability through trust. Bring structure to the chaos without slowing down the momentum that makes the team special. Challenge the room when needed. You are not here to simply agree, keep the peace, or wait for perfect clarity; you know how to push back with logic, respect, and ownership. Are energized by possibility, not intimidated by ambiguity. You don’t need perfect systems, perfect communication, or every answer in place before you move. Match the pace without adding noise. You are hungry, responsive, and steady under pressure — the kind of leader who can push hard, focus the room, and keep people moving. Connect the dots between vision and action, translating bold ideas into clear plans, accountable priorities, and measurable results. This is the kind of opportunity that should excite a true Integrator — someone who sees the raw material already here: talent, demand, vision, brand, values, and a team that wants to grow. The right leader sees what Braga Brothers can become and brings the drive, judgment, structure, and follow-through to turn big ambition into real scale. You’ll need to match the team’s intensity, earn trust through consistency, and help build something that lasts — in business and in life!
