About The Position

We’re hiring a Conversion Optimization Specialist to turn traffic into revenue for high-growth DTC brands. In this role, you’ll own landing page and funnel testing across multiple Shopify-based stores—helping brands scale faster by turning insights into real results. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows what makes a page convert. You’ll collaborate with a lean, creative team where your tests don’t just sit in a backlog — they go live.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing
  • Proven success working with Shopify or DTC eCommerce brands
  • Strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Replo (or other landing page builders), and Intelligems (or other A/B test platforms)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SaaS landing page optimization
  • Hands-on testing in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong UX design sensibility

Responsibilities

  • Owning the CRO roadmap across Shopify-based brands
  • Designing and running A/B tests on offers, pricing, layout, copy, and UX changes
  • Auditing landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows to identify friction points
  • Prioritizing tests based on traffic, goals, and lift potential
  • Using tools like Replo, Intelligems, and Shopify analytics to gather insights
  • Sharing results with clear recommendations—whether to retest, roll out, or scale up
  • Partnering with design, dev, and media teams to launch tests quickly and cleanly
