About The Position

Conversion Crew Members are responsible for setting up and striking events at Birmingham Barons (Regions Field). They work in teams to complete tasks throughout the building, including setting rooms for small dinners and preparing picnic areas for guests. The role is seasonal and part-time, runs from October 30, 2026, through November 8, 2026, and pays $12.00–$14.00 per hour. Crew members work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects often.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Previous experience with conversions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and strike event-related equipment such as tables, chairs, bar areas, and linens.
• Assemble and disassemble support equipment for catering needs throughout the park.
• Perform general cleanup as required during event move-in, decorator setup or rehearsal, the event, and move-out.
• Accept direction and assigned duties from supervisors or managers.
• Seek improved methods for completing work more efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
