About The Position

Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Associate to provide customers with a great shopping experience. The role is suitable for either full-time or part-time work and offers training and advancement opportunities in a positive work environment. The position pays $16.00–$21.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. Eligible employees may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $300. Haffner’s is a regional, family-oriented company operating gas stations, convenience stores, car washes, and food service locations across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Responsibilities

Comply with company policies and federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales, including tobacco and alcohol.
Maintain store cleanliness standards.
Replenish stock to maintain customer satisfaction.
Complete duties assigned by management.
Maintain safe conditions and follow procedures during inclement weather, property damage, or unforeseen emergencies.
Report equipment or facility conditions that need repair or create a hazard to management.
