About The Position

Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Food Service Associate to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The associate is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of shift duties, including delivering exceptional customer service, producing deli items, operating and maintaining deli equipment safely, and complying with food service and health regulations. The role includes a commitment to following company policies and safety rules, maintaining a clean deli, and addressing customer complaints or escalating issues when needed. Haffner’s describes a positive work environment with training and advancement opportunities. The stated pay range is $16.00–$21.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. A $300 sign-on bonus is offered.
