About The Position
You will be the Control Account Manager for the Combat Systems Hardware team which is responsible for providing diverse engineering talent and functional excellence in the development of processes, tools and technology to provide our customers advanced Sensors, Mission Processors and Integrated Displays to the Aeronautics weapon systems platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related STEM field.
- Project‑management or engineering‑planning experience.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Hands‑on knowledge of EVMS and project‑planning processes.
- Must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of LM Aero Earned Value command media to include Earned Value processes, PPMP and PPMD.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate baseline change requests.
- Develop and maintain Basis of Estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work.
- Oversee cost‑segregation guidelines and control‑account budget integrity.
- Produce monthly status reports and variance analyses, including Estimates at Complete reviews.
- Collaborate with cost/schedule integrators and cross‑functional teams to ensure technical integration.
