About The Position

Leidos is seeking an innovative Contracts Manager to support their Analysis Solutions Business Area within the Intel Sector. This role is crucial for national security, focusing on leading at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and national security. The Contracts organization at Leidos acts as a strategic business partner, ensuring mission success while protecting company interests through sound business judgment, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. The Contracts Manager will provide governance, lead contract proposals, administer contracts, oversee compliance, manage customer relationships, and manage contract risk across a portfolio of programs supporting critical national security missions. The position requires exceptional judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence decisions at all organizational levels while managing risk through compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years.
  • Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support.
  • Ability to make sound business judgments.
  • Ability to handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn-around time.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Expert-level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations.
  • Working expertise in FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required.
