Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customer contacts, including Contracting Officers, acquisition specialists, and prime contractor counterparts; engage professionally and responsively and involve senior contracts support for complex issues or real-time decisions.
  • Prepare clear, well-organized correspondence, contract documents, and internal communications, and present information accurately and professionally to internal and external audiences.

  • Support administration of Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Firm Fixed Price, and IDIQ/Task Order contracts.
  • Review contractual documents for compliance with company policy, government specifications, and master agreement requirements; identify and escalate issues requiring senior contracts or legal review.
  • Support low-complexity Other Transaction Authority efforts under senior contracts staff guidance.

  • Maintain awareness of significant regulatory developments, including FAR reform initiatives, and their potential effects on contract administration and compliance.
  • Educate internal team members about contract requirements, deadlines, and compliance obligations; serve as a resource for day-to-day contracting questions within the scope of experience.
