We are looking for a driven and capable Contracts Administrator to support large-scale data center construction projects in an owner’s representative capacity. This role will manage design consultant agreements, maintain the campus-wide contracts register, and control formal contractual correspondence across the program. The ideal candidate has strong contract and commercial administration experience and can ensure that consultants' deliverables, fee amendments, scope changes, notice obligations, key contractual dates, and formal correspondence are accurately tracked and properly documented. This is a hands-on, project-facing owner’s representative role focused on consultant agreement administration, contractual recordkeeping, notice compliance, and document discipline. The role requires exceptional organization and the ability to manage between 15 and 25 active agreements simultaneously without missing critical contractual deadlines or obligations.
