About The Position

One Federal Solution seeks a professional with proficient knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and demonstrated experience in reviewing and administering Government contracts. The role requires conducting both pre-award and post-award contract price and cost analyses across a variety of procurement actions to ensure cost effectiveness, compliance with applicable laws, and adherence to regulatory requirements. The individual must have experience serving in a key role in developing contracting strategies, planning procurement actions, and administering contracts. Responsibilities include performing detailed cost and price analyses, as well as procuring supplies and services through both formally advertised and negotiated procurement methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 24 hours of business credits
• Proficient writing skills
• At least six (6) years of related working experience which demonstrates the candidate meets the required duties and responsibilities listed above.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must possess basic knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government contracting officer's with large and small purchase contract actions.
• Review solicitation packages for completeness.
• Review funding documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Advise and provide program offices with examples of documents to be contained in a solicitation package.
• May be required to work with a program office to resolve minor issues.
• Will be required to input contracts, task orders and purchase orders into the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).
• Research and provide statistical data to contracting officer.
• Prepare documents such as market research and determination.
