Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, construction management, or similar field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in property management, construction, or a related field.
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, and possess strong computer skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Must possess or be willing to seek and obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all recurring service contracts as assigned for the site.
  • Communicate and coordinate schedules with the on-site team, building staff, and tenant as appropriate.
  • Coordinate site access for contractors and arrange government monitors as required.
  • Inspect the performance of all assigned contracted services; to include communication with the team and hired contractors.
  • Review procedures and ensure work is being performed up to standards.
  • Periodical bidding of contracted services to ensure standards, pricing and best practices within industry are always attained.
  • Prepare and distribute contracts for signature and executed contracts for records.
  • Create purchase orders in Nexus Payables and review invoices for accuracy.
  • Administer insurance requirements and receipt of Certificates of Insurance
  • Scan/file documents on common shared drives and maintain organization.
  • Update the contract and service schedule tracking logs and present to the team on a monthly basis.
  • Attend department meetings and report on all upcoming service schedules.
  • Discuss the performance of contractors with the team during and prior to contract expirations.
  • Assist the Managers with budget numbers for recurring contracted services.
  • Assume other special activities or responsibilities that may be requested.
  • Willing to carry a cell phone to respond to emergencies and work weekends and off hours to support the facility as needed.
